Does the rent include bills?

Yes, the rent includes all bills (Gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and TV license).

We take care of everything ensuring you have a stress free experience while staying with us.

Is the property furnished?

Our properties are fully furnished and have modern kitchens including washing machines, tumble dryers and spacious living rooms fitted with 50” Smart TV’s.

All bedrooms come with double beds with space for under bed storage, wardrobes, chest of drawers and a large desk as well as wall mounted Smart TV’s.

When is the earliest move in date?

The properties are available for the 2025/2026 academic year and the earliest move in date is 1st July 2025.

Do you charge any fees or deposits?

We don’t charge any fees however we do take a refundable deposit. The deposit is refundable provided the property is not damaged during the tenancy and is protected by the deposit protection scheme.

How to pay my rent?

You can pay the rent via bank transfer, direct debit or standing order. We will send you an invoice at the start of the academic term with your rent amount and our account details.

What happens if I lock myself out or lose my key?

In the event you lose your keys or lock yourself out, you should call our office number during business hours (9am to 5pm) or the emergency contact number if this occurs outside of business hours.

How do I report an issue?

Any issues may be reported using our online ‘report an issue’ page. Alternatively you can call the office or email us and we will visit the property on the same day if required and arrange any repairs necessary.
